About Role (Founding team - Revenue Responsibility) We are looking for a sales / Business person who will be the first hire in the Business department &amp; will be working directly with the founder. Broad objective is to own GTM strategies along with marketing person &amp; grow business from 20 customers to 100 in next 1 year &amp; then 100 to 1000 in next 2 years. In short if you think you want to own the responsibility of committing &amp; delivering revenue numbers independently, then this is the best place for you. Responsibilities -&nbsp; 1. Business Strategic Planning - Work with the founder to decide which customer segment to target. - Build 12 months sales &amp; revenue plan - Work with marketing to set standards for marketing &amp; sales deliverables.&nbsp; 2. New Logos acquisition - Qualify Inbound leads &amp; convert them into paid customer - Generate qualified meetings through outbound, give demo &amp; convert. - Create Sales playbook 3. Customer Onboarding &amp; Success - Work with the customer &amp; make the implementation successful. - Identify product driven upselling opportunities. - Understand customer pain points &amp; give feedback to the product. - Address customer concerns if any &amp; liaison with tech team if required.&nbsp; 4. Build Team - Identify business requirements &amp; plan for next sales &amp; customer success hire. - Source, assess, hire &amp; train new joinees. - Be Responsible for their performance.&nbsp; Skills Required&nbsp; - Have worked as a customer facing role before. - Owned revenue for a small vertical at least. - Great communication skills. - Hustler - Can get hands dirty - Independent thought leader - Can strategies &amp; deliver numbers independently. - Believes that current career growth is slow &amp; wants to fast pace it.&nbsp; What do we promise ? - A high growth environment - Autonomy to decide &amp; deliver KPI - Remote | Flexible hours | Unlimited Leaves - Attractive ESOPs.
