Lucidity solution eliminates infrastructure downtime, improves application performance & saves 40% cloud cost at a click of a button. What we have built is patentable. We have Fortune 500, decacorn startups as our customers.

We are a team from BITS Pilani, IIM Bangalore, NIT Allahabad & have worked at Microsoft, Swiggy and Tracxn before. We are funded by Tier I global VC & have leading marquee angels as our investors. We are growing aggressively & plan to expand our team by 5x in the next 6 months.

About Role

We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales engineer leader who is keen to join as a founding team member. Sales engineers would be Lucidity in-house product experts. The technical solutions team enables Lucidity's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. We share our technical and product expertise with customers through demos, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing support.

Sales Engineers help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners. You will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations and supporting technical evaluations (POCs). Post sales closure, SE would be additionally responsible for customer onboarding, engagement & adoption. SEs also have a voice with the product team to help prioritise features based on input from customers, competitors, and partners. Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve customer concerns, escalate bug issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand.

Overarching Responsibilities

- Partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Lucidity value proposition, vision and strategy to customers

- Continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility

- Deliver product and technical presentations with potential clients

- Post sales closure, onboard, engage & support customer.

- Have a direct line of communication with the product team to collaborate on feature requests

- Help clients onboard the product and assist when they run into roadblocks.

- Think creatively about a wide variety of technical challenges during the pre sales life cycle

Must Haves

- Knowledgeable and experienced with one of the cloud providers - AWS / GCP / Azure.

- Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations/demos to either external customers or internal teams

- Have onboarded customers before & comfortable with stakeholder management

- Able to think creatively about a wide variety of challenges. You're going to find new things every day.

- Experienced in systems administrations: Windows or Linux

- Experience in container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is good to have.
