Core Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an employee handbook
- Setting up regular conversations with employees to partner with them
- Onboarding new joiners
- Providing Employee documents and consultation upon hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Active first point-of-contact for HR queries from team members - providing accurate and timely information, advice, and interpretation of HR policies, processes, and issues
- Advising on Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health, and counselling as and when required
- Partnering with business leaders and consulting them on the HR front
- Work closely with stakeholders on retaining the top talent
- Own the Employee engagement (ideas to implementation with the HR team)
- Drive the Employer branding with the HR and Marketing team
- Providing data-backed MIS to the functional heads as and when needed
Essential Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
- Graduate (BTech / BSc) & MBA (HR) preferred
- Knowledge of business nuances
- Experience using HR information systems
- Proficient in using Google Drive / MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and empathy skills
- Analytical mindset with an inclination for continuous process improvement
- HRBP ready certification is a plus
