Lucent Marcons - Senior/Chief Sales Engineer

This incumbent would be handling the end to end sales from lead generation till the closure and maintaining continuous rapport with the clients through cross selling resulting in increased sales

- Identifying and generating opportunities for the business

- Qualifying the potential opportunity, Competition etc..

- Product Presentation

- Timely submission of Proposals, TQ & CQs

- Proficiency in negotiating skills and closing the order

- Increase market penetration and identify new Customers in the allocated territory

- Plan Customer visit and weekly sales/visit reports as per company policy

- Attain monthly and yearly sales goals established by management as well as present section performance in MRM

- Market intelligence and Competition Info.

- Co-ordination with the Design and Service team

- Fulfil other duties as outlined by the management

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hard core sales mainly in engineered products & systems (C&I/Mechanical)

- Customer base of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Power Plants, Process Industry is must

- Should have excellent Interpersonal skills

- Expertise on MS office/ Excel is a must

- Expertise in Power Point Presentation

- Ability to work as a team/Go-getter attitude

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- B.E/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Mechanical engineering

- MBA in Marketing is a plus
