Title : Localization & Tolling Manager

Reports To : Head - SCM

Division : Lubrizol Additives - SCM

Location : (Turbhe) Mumbai, India

Summary of the Role :

- Improve value share of India source components to gain agility, supply reliability, cost competitiveness and preferential business advantage with local content. Cost effective & optimum utilization of LZAI's assets & Toller's assets.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

- Work with PMG & Sales to understand the current and anticipated demand for raw Materials, intermediate components & finished products.

- Identification of raw materials, components & Finished goods for localization.

- Cost benefit analysis of alternate sourcing & capability review.

- Ensure alignment between operational capabilities and business strategies.

- Optimum utilization of LZAI's manufacturing assets.

- Identify Tollers for cost effective manufacturing of Lubrizol's critical components with limited liability and capex reduction / avoidance.

- Liaise between Lubrizol and Toller for technology transfer & contract agreement.

- Work with Toller for reliable supply & develop audit mechanism for supplies to Lubrizol

- Coordinate with Lubrizol PTS Teams for technology transfer & approval on alternate sourcing.

- Facilitate communication & coordination between commercial teams, operations & technology.

Education / Certification :

- B.E./M.E. Chemical Engineer or equivalent

Experience and Skills :

- 10 to 12 years- experience in operation.

The candidate must possess :

- Specialized knowledge and expertise in Lubrizol Additive's Chemical products

- Intimate knowledge of the manufacturing processes. Assets & Business processes

- Strategic thinking & financial acumen with global perspective and need to influence, engage & collaborate with wider teams.
