Principle accountabilities:
- Understanding Delivery requirements with regards to OTC process and designing the solution for implementing the requirement into the system
- Resolution of Delivery iManage issues
- Monitoring iManage system for any issues or technical bugs and reporting to SAP team and getting the issue fixed
- Testing of new system functionalities in SAP related to invoicing and other OTC processes in iManage
- Enhancement and digitization of revenue related processes
- Ensure the system controls are line in company's internal control matrix
- Overview and ensure revenue related & invoicing related country and taxation compliance are met
- Enhance the existing processes in meet the internal control and processes
- Improve invoicing efficiency and revenue reporting efficiency
- Automation of manual processes
