Job Description :

- Demand validation and Fulfilment

- Resource Management & bench engagement

- Workforce Planning based on business forecasts including pipeline building, reskilling plans etc.

- Resource Utilization, Unbilled pool management

- Coordination with all stakeholders including delivery leads for fulfilment

- Owning fulfillment life cycle and tracking progress

- Working with practice team for up-skilling of pool resources

Required Skills - MS Excel proficiency, MS - Powerpoint, Time Management, Effective Communication & Presentation skills, Understanding of demand-supply chain, Conflict resolution and stakeholder management
