L&T Infotech - Process Consultant (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive account delivery transformation & governance
- Enable and guide accounts and projects to achieve capability maturity
- Evangelization of best practices, learnings and new methodologies across business
- Identify areas of process improvement by performing analysis of data and reviews in the project
- Implement continual service improvements
- Define and enhance process for the new service offerings and derive the relevant metrics with the help of SMEs
- Liasion with audit and certification team at organization level
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience on processes, operations, metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills for internal and external client presentations
- Exposure to CMMI, ISO, ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge in six-sigma, Lean, Kanban concepts
