- Consolidating & Analysing evolving business process requirements of various industry segments and mapping these with the latest SAP solutions, products & technologies

- Creation of Proofs of Concepts / Prototypes in S/4HANA latest versions for Engineering & Construction industry

- Effective demonstration & articulation of PoCs / Prototypes and Value proposition to international customers

- Leading team of functional & technical consultants to develop new solution functionalities

- Detailing out specifications for enhancements

- Collaborating with Sales teams to create proposals, effort estimates, participate in proposal walkthroughs to facilitate order closures

- Ability to carry out design & blue-printing of business solutions for EC&O industry using latest SAP products & technologies and LTI solution components

Domain Experience :

Four to Six years of experience in Engineering & Construction and / or Construction and / or Engineered To Order Discrete Manufacturing industry in Planning or Project execution functions. Experience of Planning using Primavera. Deeper understanding of Project site management activities.

SAP Experience :

Implementation of SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) and Commercial Project Management (CPM) and / or Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) modules. Implementation experience of minimum three projects with hands-on design and implementation activities of which at least one needs to be S/4HANA implementation. Overall SAP implementation experience of Three to Five years. At least two projects must be for Engineering & Construction or Construction / Real Estate industry verticals. Experience of integrating SAP PS & PM modules with specialized Project Management applications and integrating Cloud applications with S/4HANA core would be highly desirable.

Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions for SAP white spaces.

Desired Experience & Knowledge

Application of Digital solutions to Engineering & Construction / Engineered to Order Discrete Manufacturing industries. Integration of Design engineering applications with SAP. Design & Implementation of business analytics solution addressing Projects business KPIs

- Functional skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Have a good functional understanding of Engineering & Construction business processes. Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution. Should have clarity of thoughts to articulate ideas & analysis through illustrative documents & process mapping tools. Ability to create functional and technical design documents and detailed design specifications. Translate functional and technical design to appropriate test scripts. Understanding of Change Management issues and mitigation approaches

- Communication Skills:

Very good written and spoken English language competencies. Proven track record of effective interfacing with Customer and Sales teams

Education & Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and post-graduation either in Technology or Operations / Project Management from reputed university.
