Manpower Planning:

- Develop manpower planning including finalization of manpower strength for Sales function as per AOP

- Control hiring as per approved manpower plan

- Creation, updation and maintenance of Sales organization charts at all times

- Maintenance of Job descriptions for all unique roles

Talent Acquisition:

- Own end-to-end hiring of all sales positions

- Conduct TA under defined SLAs of cost, time and mix

- Prepare the weekly progress sheet and sharing with all stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:

- Frequently conduct one-on-one with key stakeholders and identify people issues

- Work with internal HR team(s) and co-create solutions to proactively address those people issues

- Participate in Sales review meetings and provide key HR inputs 

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

- Frequently travel to different regions and markets and conduct HR connect sessions

- Address the employee issues related to salary, F&F clearance, Mediclaim, Transportation, Stay, etc

- Create monthly report of every market visit and share it with HR leadership and Talent team

Performance Management

- Ensure quantitative and qualitative completion of the appraisal process

- Collaborate with business leaders to address employee grievances related to appraisals

- Provide monthly staggered appraisal input to the central payroll team for timely disbursement of incentives

- Work with sales leaders to identify bottom performers and co-create PIP; monitor implementation of the same and update central Talent Team

- Work with Talent team and Sales Leaders to timely execute the increment/promotion cycle

Employee Engagement

- Work with talent team to create awareness about the survey and action planning workshops

- Support Talent Team in deployment of Engagement Survey and ensure participation from Sales employees

- Finalizing Action plans for all reporting managers in Sales

- Monitor progress on implementation of Action Plans and report progress to the Talent Team

- Deploy engagement calendar for all regions

Attrition Analysis

- Ensuring completion of exit interview for all voluntary exits in Sales

- Documentation of exit interviews

- Owning Sales attrition and sharing the monthly progress on the same

Reporting and MIS

- Publish key people metrics for Sales function on a monthly basis

- Maintain all Sales employees MIS and reconcile the same with the central team on a monthly basis

- Support the central Talent Team and Organizational leadership team for any ad-hoc Sales employees' data needs
