Job Purpose :
- Planning and Executing Business plan for the area of operation. Driving MR local category handling to dominant levels and enhance market share.
- Achieve the company goals in terms of total volume and also of focused segments.
- Ensure proper commercial controls in the area of operation.
- Train and motivate the team and inculcate a strong focus on performance effort & compliance
Primary Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning
- Plan and organize his/her area of operation as per company yearly business plan for the entire business and reviewing the achievements against the targets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that his/her team conforms to the market working norms.
- Analyzing reports sent by HO to organize his/her task more effectively & efficiently.
- Responsible for Channel Management in terms of establishing PerformanceEvaluation system & parameters, & monitoring both the Modern trade outlets & his team on those.
- Monitoring credit control in his area of operation. Administrative controls in terms of PJP's and market working, leave etc. of his/her team.
- Accurate Sales forecasting.
- Ensuring implementation of promotional activities.
- Provides proper Regional MIS/ competitive activities to HO, by putting effective system to capture the same from market & his/her team.
- Motivating the Sales team under him/her and instilling the Company Vision & objectives at every possible opportunity

- Modern Trade Outlet
Internal Interfaces :
- His Team, Logistics, Plant, Accounts
Desired Qualification : Graduate /MBA
Desired Experience :
- Experience should be 8-10 years +.
- Should have had Man management and FMCG sales experience.
- Ideally, should have at least one year experience in commodity selling
