The job requires defining, developing and implementing a comprehensive and integrated communications program and cohesive public relations strategy directed at building an admired and inspirational financial institution, creating sustainable value for all our stakeholders. Besides having an external communications focus, there is responsibility for internal communications, and to share the company's performance indicators and challenges, within the organization through employee engagements.
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic communication and corporate support to all the Group
Companies within L& T Financial Services.
- Develop & implement corporate communication strategies while ensuring alignment with group strategies..
- Lead communications initiatives to improve understanding of important company issues for external audiences.
- Regular interaction/meeting with media to maintain a strong media advocacy programme.
Knowledge of Social media platforms and its effective usage for communication programmes
