Roles and responsibilities - - Manage & improve processes of Receivables Management and Disbursement Processes, in line with Regulatory & Internal Guidelines, for entire Portfolio pertaining to Lending platform. - Ensure flawless & time efficient performance with effective standard operating processes in place to improve bank recon activity - Facilitate Management with analytical MIS for strategic planning & decision making. - Responsible for managing a team of individuals and will play a lead role in providing operational support to the team in problem solving. - Responsible for billing activities (accounting the source of money for lending purpose) - Taking care of end to end collection mechanism which includes mode of payments by borrowers for eg. NEFT, debit card, E-mudra etc) - Monitoring the collection mechanism and implement system automated process to enable "Nil BRS" Qualification - CA (Preferred) / MBA Experience - 8-12 years Relevant Experience - - Hands-on exposure of Bank Reconciliation activity - Ensure processing of rectification entries - Take initiative on resolution of issues / dependencies with concerned people of the Dept. and follow through to logical closure - Monitoring daily control reports and monthly aged items reporting of reconciliations breaks - Ability to prioritize & multi task successfully to ensure deadlines are met - Excellent communication skills both oral and written
