L&T Financial Services - Manager - Indirect Tax - CA

Job Description :

- Must have in-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax laws i.e service tax and VAT. Knowledge of customs laws will be added advantage

- Through understanding of GST Laws and procedures with Hands On experience with compliance issues

- Well versed in drafting appeals and replies to show cause notices

- Conversant with in accounting in ERP

- Ensure timely and correctly filing of all monthly GST Returns for multiple states

- Actively seeks out information/data from cross functional teams.

- Preparing and providing schedules to Statutory Auditors/Accounting team

- Monitors the recent case laws, decisions and its impact on business

- Reviewing existing agreements, procedures and suggest changes to optimize GST incidence

- Should have prior experience of working in SAP environment

- The candidate should have good communication skill and should be able to interact with Internal stakeholders, Customers, Vendors, Auditors, Tax Authorities
