L&T Financial Services - Manager - Data Analysis & Reporting (4-6 yrs)
- Deliver quality analytics that acts as input to loss mitigation for Mortgage lending portfolio
- Pull data from data warehouse and prepare monthly and consolidated datasets. Ability to pull out and consolidate relevant information/data from multiple sources.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Filter and - clean- data to bring in uniformity in data extracted from different systems
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Deliver monthly reports that provide a comprehensive risk overview for the retail assets business factoring in portfolio and external challenges.
- Execute Ad-Hoc data analysis requests from senior management
- Understand the current data capture methods and suggest changes needed to be made at the time of origination.
Education qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate
Functional Skills & Knowledge of : SQL/SAS/R
Preferred industry: Banking/NBFC - Retail Lending
