- Work across HR functional domains to find out HR process improvement scopes - Recruitment & Onboarding, Talent Management, HR Operations, L&D, C&B, Business Partnering - Make a business case for HR project in terms of Productivity enhancement, user experience enhancement and cost reduction - Work on HR digitalisation and automation projects through project management methodology - Should be able to map milestones and project delivery timelines - Using the principles of SESA (Simplification, Elimination, Standardisation and Automation) to solve HR problems - Developing HR digitalisation Roadmap along with COEs and Vertical HR teams - Design and development of the Digital HR systems and processes including UAT - Change Management and Institutionalisation of the existing digital HR processes while continuously working of developments and improvements - Continuous training of internal customers and quick issue/ query resolution of the HR teams for all HR systems - Partner with external Hr technology vendors to implement novel and new age HR solutions for existing processes
