Product Manager (Consumer and Bank Loyalty Programs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Research existing competitor offerings and conduct an extensive customer/stakeholders needs analysis to define multiple opportunities for the product
- Create an in-depth understanding of the Retail CRM space and envision the next generation of products
- Translate the product vision into a product roadmap.
- Develop and refine specific product requirements for the market segment clearly communicating goals and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design and development teams.
- Work with execution team and resolving questions and queries on the go - to ensure product features are implemented in the best possible way.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in product management
- Proven track record of translating customer needs into business / product requirements (preferably in B2B products serving large enterprises such as Retailers or Banks)
- Retail CRM and/or marketing and campaign management expertise preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work across multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Good analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical team
Qualification: Any graduate preferably an MBA in Marketing/General Management
