Key Objectives of the Position : - To identify new business opportunities for customer engagement and loyalty in the banking/ NBFC domain - To identify the need and structure an end to end loyalty program including program structure, pricing, modelling, set up and launch of the loyalty program - To solution a win-win business model for Loylty Rewardz and the client and deliver constant value for the client by continuously improving the loyalty offering Key Responsibilities : - Identify business opportunity for new client acquisition - To solution a customer engagement proposition for the client - Work closely with the client to develop all the elements of a loyalty program such as rewarding logic, operations, loyalty program brand elements, communication narrative, analytics, pricing and launch - Maintain and develop strong long- term relationships with the banks so that we continue to sell existing and new services to them. - Creating a strong presence for the Loylty Program/Campaign in the market by understanding the competition and innovating customized solutions. - Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals. Candidate Profile Experience: We are looking for an individual who will manage Relationship / Customer or Client management activities or Client Servicing.
