Loylty Rewardz - Key Account Manager - Banking Business - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (5-10 yrs)
Key Objectives of the Position
- Build client engagement / relationship with key stakeholders
- Play an integral role in new business opportunities. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Identify key stakeholders / decision makers in Banks; develop strong business relations with them; connect regularly & proactively on strategic & operations business requirements
- Being responsible for all activities directed towards managing the relationship with Banks.
- Manage relationship with Banks at a senior delegate level to develop and expand business opportunity
Loyalty Program Construct
- Participate in design of the loyalty program; liaison with program management, technology, HR, operations, partnerships teams for RFP inputs; submit RFP to clients; seek inputs from the head on client presentations; track loyalty programs & campaigns of competitors
- Working with the internal team to understand and create new opportunities.
Customer Business Understanding
- Discuss key business drivers with client; keep pace with changing dynamics of customer business Program Implementation & Maintenance
- Closely collaborate with Technology on Loyalty Program Implementation & Maintenance
- Share program construct with the business architecture team; provide inputs & liaison with customer for program implementation; provide inputs to internal teams for feature upgrades based on customer requirements
- Responsible for ensuring timely execution of all activities within the prescribed quality benchmarks by working closely with the Technology Team
Customer Value driver
- Participation in the preparation of contracts/tenders when the organization is involved in BD activities
- Liaison with marketing team for exclusive campaigns for the bank; share insights with clients based on inputs from analytics team
Leadership
- Manage - Sales and Profitability targets for the business unit.
- Manage a team of Account Managers towards achieving targets through:
- Acquisition of new business
- 100% retention and development of the client
- Business planning and strategy towards achievement of business objectives
- Constant Review and Monitoring of team members towards achievement of objectives
Candidate Profile
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Business Development & Account Management of which at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Preferably the candidate should hold a MBA from a premium business school (2008/2009 Batch)
- Should possess a creative bent of mind and should be a strategic thinker.
- Experience in payment industry and understanding of loyalty domain preferred
- One thing that is very essential is the willingness to make it large.
