Detailed Responsibilities are mentioned below - Define and drive the B2C sales strategy and related sales customer experiences - Ensure that all commercial B2C activities are managed according to business principles and operating guidelines. - As the head of B2C Sales Strategy and Business Development you will have a significant opportunity to build and operate a new sales strategy at massive scale. - Head of B2C Sales Strategy and Business Development is responsible for creating and executing on a comprehensive sales strategy that delivers exponential revenue growth and improvement in sales efficiency. - You will work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Promotions, and Pricing to understand their needs and inform our sales strategy and resulting customer experiences - Develop talent within the organization, mentoring/developing team - Developing and running product or channel sales, trade marketing, B2C sales, distributers and retailers . - Lead management, revenue Generation - Ability to communicate effectively to senior and executive management; exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to internal partners - Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams - Excellent interpersonal and team building skills including experience managing high performing teams - Entrepreneurial spirit or prior experience in a high performance, fast-paced industry MUST - B2C sales/ Key Account Management experience is essential with proven leadership skills - Strong commercial acumen combined with Planning, Organizing and Controlling - Analytical and decision making - Excellent Presentation and Communication skills - Entrepreneurial and self-starter
