Assistant Manager - Analytics Responsibilities: - Lead a team of analysts to deliver analytics projects to solve important/complex business problems - Work with stakeholders from business/technology/marketing and other areas to understand their problems and come up with analytical solutions for those problems - Define the scope, deliverables, approach and project plan for such projects - Develop or guide in developing predictive models for various targeted marketing activities - Proactively identify data quality issues on a continual basis and initiate projects to address those issues - Proactively identify opportunities to use diverse sources of data to derive useful analytical insights - If required, do hands-on work on any of tools or techniques chosen for the project - Establish data pipelines using relevant best practises for database updates (related to model updates, data quality improvements etc.) - Design reports or dashboards to present the analytical insights to non-analytics users in an intuitive and impactful manner - Work with the business/sales team to create content for sales pitches, attend client meetings as required - Proactively conceptualize campaigns to increase consumer engagement (spends, app downloads etc.) and work closely with Marketing / Technology/ Operations/ Business teams to get them executed - Proactively identify areas to improve the offering of Max Get More brand Candidate Requirements: Experience - - 4+ years of experience in core analytics - Experience in leading a team to deliver complex analytical projects - Experience in SQL and R/Python Skillset - - Excellent analytical problem solving skills - Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver projects with minimal oversight - Good working knowledge of SQL and R/Python - Good understanding of technology required for analytics and databases - Good stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate and work smoothly with stakeholders from business/technology/marketing and other areas - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power-point - Good storyboarding and deck making (MS Power-point) skills - Excellent communication skills - Attitude to continuously experiment, innovate and improve while working - Ability to get work done in uncertain / complex situations and with open ended problems Educational qualifications - - Preferably a Graduate/ Post Graduate from IITs/ NITs/ BITS with good academic record What we offer : - Steep learning in a non-hierarchical/flat start-up environment that values hard work and talent - Opportunity to learn from subject matter and industry experts - A closed knit team chosen from IITs/IIMs and other premier engineering and business schools - Exposure to banking and retail business and cutting-edge analytical tools and techniques - Accelerated growth opportunities.
