We have an opening for Loyalty Head with a Leading Bank.

Location: Mumbai

Business Description:

Portfolio Head loyalty involves introduction of various campaigns to increase customer retention through various loyalty and reward offers. The role will drive and enhance communication of the brand proposition to a broader range of targeted customers. He/She will be instrumental in improving the processes and program features to cater to bank and customer expectations. The role is for those who can lead, manage and drive "the loyalty programs" for all banking products

The role expects to drive strategic priorties around - remarkable customer experience, through various loyalty, rewards and redemption programs.

Roles and responsibilities

- Developing programme KPIs and regular reporting to assess the efficacy of loyalty programmes and utilising technology to improve costs and customer experiences.

- Create and implement strategies that increase traffic and sales by utilising cross-selling and loyalty programmes.

- Ensure that the rewards catalogue is current and up to date so that rewards points may be managed for bank-wide purchases.

- Run campaigns to encourage card spending and redemptions, segment by segment as necessary.

- Consistently enhance the rewards programme to make sure that customers can redeem their points easily and amicably.

- Recognize, emphasise, and attempt portfolio modifications based on the overall health of the portfolio, the cost of addition, servicing, and the bank's overarching goals.

- Establish and maintain new platforms for loyalty and reward redemption, and advertise them via various promotions.

- Ensure client happiness.

Desired skill sets include: - Understanding of the loyalty domain with 12-18 years of portfolio management expertise.

- Depth of understanding of commercial banking services

- Comprehensive understanding of various advertising and promotion techniques

- Ensure that the strategy is executed correctly and on schedule by setting clear goals for it.

- Does long-term coaching for people who are developing, and prepares for all kinds of team dynamics

- Take the reins on the marketing initiatives, rewards, and customer loyalty programmes.

- Handles various partners and tactics for promotions and advertising for customer experience initiatives firmly and immediately.
