Roles &amp; Responsibilities : Core Responsibilities : - Leading the Recruitment Sourcing CoE for India Recruitment function. - Manage high performance team of Sourcing Associates &amp; drive strong sourcing capability, performance matrix &amp; candidiate experience. - Work closely with both (Lead) Recruiters &amp; Hiring Managers to understand requirements and the right type of candidates to source. - Drive Strong SLA's &amp; create highly compitative sourcing practice, with solid process orientation. - Source and Interact with potential candidates on social media, Job Portals and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow..etc) - Identify qualified candidate profiles using various cost effective sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) - Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs &amp; Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) - Build a pipeline of both active and passive top technical talent through creative sourcing efforts - Expand our employee referral efforts, attend related events and generate sourcing campaigns - Develop candidate pipeline using Lowes- Internal Resume Databank, Referral Data Bank, Career site, Job Boards, Internt Based Soucing, advanced Boolean Search,and social networking sites to support the India Recruiting Team for various job functions and levels. - Design &amp; excute a robust Sourcing plan, which is Cost effective, with right utilization for Resources. - Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business as well as the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates. - Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Morden &amp; advanced sourcing tools/techniques. - Fully evaluate candidate s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities. - Maintaining networks in critical technical sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment - Developing advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates; - Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and / or business partners to ensure achievement of staffing goals - Analyse staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and processes - Undertsand Talent Landscape &amp; should be able to provide competitive market intelligence &amp; Market mapping. - Able to create competitive advantage over peer organization(s), scout high quality talent from the external market - Able to work with Global Recruitment team &amp; provide sourcing Support. Years of Experience : - 8+ years of extenstive experience is recruitement (perticulartly Sourcing) for large matrix Organisation. - Experience with candidates relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Hands-on experience with Various sourcing channels, Job boards, Social scoucring, Referrals &amp; others. - Acute attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Should be hands-on with morden / latest sourcing techniques. Education Qualification &amp; Certifications (optional) : Required Minimum Qualifications : - Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification. - Passing out for premium PG Institute is preferred (full time) - Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skill Set Required : Primary Skills (must have) : - Candidate should have at least 8+ years of hands on experience - Hands on experience working on IT &amp; Non IT Skill set of hiring. - Candidate should be someone who understand the SMAC technologies along with Business Operations &amp; proactively get involved and help enable business - Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side - Manage the week end drive - Builds a strong database - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks - Flexible to travel to different locations based on requirments Secondary Skills (desired) : - Account management focus, skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations - Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. - This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices. - Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. - Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced; must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
