About Losung 360 and Context on Product Driven Approach for Business We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realized to restructure our approach of doing business from providing scalable service lines, to customers to creating Products for our targeted customers, achieve the required Product-market fit, scale, evolve and reiterate. Currently we have conceptualized 4 Products for our Fulfilment Business. We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centers in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft. Our Product(s) will be focused on mid-mile (Fulfilment Centre Ops) and last mile (aggregation and integration) fulfilment ops only We believe in highly investing in our talent and taking a long term approach of delivering for the business which will be rewarding for all of us! Relevance of the Role - The SPM (Sr. Product Manager) will directly work with the founder and will be the think-tank for our Product(s) from the start till the MVP stage - The SPM will be also be responsible to drive the execution of the Product(s) - The SPM will be accountable to drive the product driven approach and align the cross-functional teams to collaboratively work towards building the MVP Key Tasks to be Done - Write and establish the vision document for the Product(s) - Driving the customer research using efficient methodologies to understand the problem space - Work on the customer persona and working on frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done, Epics & Themes, Product Requirement Doc etc to understand the customers & the problem to be solved to the core - Work on Product(s)' architecture, features and benefits to the customers - Work closely with the cross-functional teams to build the MVP. Fulfilment, tech, sales and finance - Take customer feedback on smooth functioning of the Product(s) to ensure customer satisfaction - Partner with focused users to drive hypotheses testing during the MVP stage - Choose the right business model to launch the Product(s) (freemium, SAAS etc) - Create the business plan for the Product(s) and choose the right pricing model - Build the optimal UI/UX of the customer facing platform - Work & build on partnerships with vendors & partners to enable required features of the Product(s) Key Requirements - Deep experience on Product Management - number of years don't matter much the quality of experience matters more. Preferred experience would be minimum 5 years - The SPM should have experience of building and launching atleast one product in past experience - Experience in fulfilment products is preferred - Team management experience is a must - The SPM should have good understanding of the tech - architecture and code - We appreciate the hunger to solve problem and build the right solutions for our customers. We understand that the SPM may not have solution to all problems from day 1 but what matters is the attitude to learn and solve for the business - Education - Undergrad Engineer is a must and Post Graduate Degree in Business is preferred
