About Losung360:

We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands at a revenue of upwards of INR 300 crores and GMV of INR 800 crores. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation

We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centers in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 6 lakhs sq. ft. The business includes multiple operations like transportation, packaging material management, IT infra management, FC infra management, Photo Studio Operations and more.

Relevance of the Role:

- As the head of Procurement, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, control and execution of all the procurement activities in the organization.

- You will be reporting to the Business Controller as a part of your role, and you will be required to work very closely with the functional teams to understand their requirement and execute the same at the best possible cost, quality and TATs.

Key Responsibilities

- Structuring the org requirements for Capital Expenditure (HDR Racks, Slotted Angle Racks, Pallets, IT Infra and more) and Operational Expenditure (Packaging Material, Rentals for FCs and more)

- Planning and preparing for the Vendor Base as per the "3 Quotes Policy"

- Establish strict controls to save costs and driving regular audits for the same

- Standardisation of commercials and building strong risk identification and mitigation plans

- Act as a custodian of budget and spending management. Drive cost improvement initiatives

- Lead and implement a performance culture in aligned procurement area's activities across multiple spend categories working in partnership with functional teams

- Vendor Relationships - Be it Packaging vendors or warehouse owners or new vendors for capex or monthly rental vendors like Pallets, Racks. Establishing strong relationships so that in case of conflicts , the relationship and handling of conflicts are effective

- Work closely with the functional teams on and closure of Cap Exp and Op Exp as per the business requirement.

Key Requirements:

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience ; experience in the domain of warehousing and transportation is a must

- Ability to build and maintain a strong vendor base

- Clean track record in the previous organizations

- Undergraduate - full time only, MBA or equivalent could be an advantage

- Deep experience in building and managing teams

- Experience of working on ERPs (SAP is preferred)

- Strong communication and excel skills
