Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition: The vision is to build a high performing team of skilled and motivated individuals as per the vision of the co-founders and department heads

a. Talent Acquisition is to be executed throughout all the departments of the group (Losung and Pathways) across functions like marketing, sales, design, finance, operations and support

b. Creating Job Description - Brief will be provided by the department manager

c. Creating pipeline of reliable recruitment partners (agencies and portals)

2. Employee Lifecycle Management:

a. Payroll Management

b. Attendance and discipline

c. Leave Management

d. Policy formation with the senior management

e. Grievance Management through creation of strong and holistic processes

f. Ensuring the organization is 100% compliant with all the current government laws

3. Performance Management System: Setting up policies, processes and systems

a. Goal and KRA setting

b. Formation and execution of review mechanism

c. Annual Appraisals

4. Driving the Culture and Employee Engagement: For us setting up a strong and sustainable culture is one of the top-most priorities:

a. Creating and documenting policies as per the culture which is being driven

b. Ensuring the culture-specific policies support the business growth and ethics

c. Driving employee engagement activities to ensure a healthy and happy work environment

Ideal Candidate :

1. Should have experience working in 4 major domains: Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll management, Compliance and Employee Engagement

2. Should have relevant inputs and execution points on how to implement a culture which supports business growth

3. Must-have degree in MBA in HR or equivalent from a premier b-school

4. Must-have experience in managing teams

5. Strong language and communication skills

6. Must-have experience in managing external stakeholders (vendors, recruitment partners and job portals)
