Relevance of the Role :

- The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the powerhouse of innovation and creativity in the company.

- He/she would be responsible to generate the demand of the product, spread awareness, and establish the positioning of a brand/idea/product.

- The specialist along with the co-founders will develop the infrastructure, the team and the expertise for Losung.

- He/she will define the strategy of why, what and how things should be executed to meet the business objectives.

- He/she will be given the complete responsibility of the P&L to ensure optimum ROI

- Since we do majority of the marketing digitally, the candidate should be having very clear concepts of marketing as well (STP Process, Brand Perception, Brand Equity and more)

The Ideal Candidate :

- Strategy for Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and other relevant platforms

- Realistic and creative ideation and execution for Affiliate Marketing

- Experience in using Google Adwords

- Sound knowledge and experience in SEM/SEO and PPC

- Sound knowledge of building the Tech Infrastructure

- Retailer Specific Tools: Amazon Marketing Services and Flipkart Services

- Aligning with the strategy of the customer on how to execute the business objective digitally

- The candidate should be well aware with on-going trends and developments

- Designing and reporting the relevant ratios timely using tools like Google Analytics

Salary offered : 8 - 12 LPA
