We have a suitable opening in the head office for the role of Senior Manager - CSR. In this role, you will be responsible for the roll out and management of L'Oreal ambitious CSR programs in the country. You should have over 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate, consultancy or NGO. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and will report into the Chief of Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Public Affairs. Job Responsibilities: - You will build the goals, strategy, plan, and governance to deploy L'Oreal CSR & sustainability mission - Sharing Beauty With All - You will manage CSR projects - For Young Women in Science scholarships, Beautiful Beginnings beauty skill training, Citizen Day employee volunteering program - You will launch new projects - NSDC tie up, ITI tie up, Beauty advisor training for business division sustained employee volunteering - You will identify further areas of engagement as per government policies and local needs - You will ensure compliance to CSR law as per Companies Act - You will engage with outside stakeholders: - Map Risk & Opportunities for the relevant targets: NGOs, public actors, associations, rating agencies, expert & influencers, media, - Define engagement strategy accordingly, - Define Internal & External communication strategy with your Head of Communication & PA, - You will measure & report, coordinating with the Group Sustainability team: - Define & manage locally relevant KPIs to stir the project and comply with local & international reporting; - If relevant manage process with local rating instance; - Report on Group KPIs & rating agencies imperatives, - Report on best practices to be shared, opportunities for improvement into our sustainability mechanisms Key Competencies: - Strong personal interest & professional investment in CSR - Strong on project management & cross-functional animation - Knowledge of CSR / Sharing Beauty With All agenda - If possible a good knowledge of the Reputation / Corporate Communication & Public Affairs agenda Education: - Graduate and above Key Relationships: - Internal: All employees External: NGO partners, govt. bodies in skill development & education L'Oreal is committed to building a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.L'Oreal closely prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of the individual's race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
