Inform the stakeholders. - Send to suppliers the monthly/weekly needs of his/her catalog. - Anticipate any availability issue regarding components/packing materials and inform key actors. Make recommendations to minimize impacts and to avoid a crisis situation. - Manage components level of stocks. - Develop a strong relationship with suppliers (KPIs follow-up, agreement on service level) - Analyze and communicate in all cases involving slow movers and obsolete materials. - Build and validate Bills of materials with the Launch Manager. Expertise : - Packing material management. - Hands on with inventory planning. - Have dealt with large SKU and PM catalogue, frequent artwork change management. - Slob calculation and analysis. - Inventory norm derivation, safety stock calculation.
