By incorporating digital into everything that we do, we are creating a better relationship with our consumers. - When beauty and tech collide, the impossible can happen! - In our journey, we are looking for talented individuals who can lead us on this mission. - We have a suitable opportunity in the Supply chain team for professional products division for the position of Supply chain Manager. - In this Individual contributor Role role, you will be responsible for leading end to end supply chain for Kerastase - You should have minimum 4-5 years of professional experience with FMCG industry, understanding of demand / supply planning, Import FG sourcing, retail business planning understanding, Order to cash process. - The location of the job will be in Mumbai HO. Key Responsibilities : Key job responsibilities would be as follows : a. Managing the end-to-end S&OP process. (Demand / Import FG sourcing) b. Handle customer service excellence and in near future direct to consumer excellence c. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives / Process adherence and adoption of O9 tool. Responsibility of driving following key indicators : a. Forecast accuracy / BIAS b. Availability & Service rates c. Inventory and Inventory quality d. Cost - SLOB / returns / Air freights e. Process adherence f. Improvement projects g. Auto replenishment with key customers. - The role would involve implementing excel / simple tools for data management / analytics / forecast management to support the business Key Competencies : - Extensive experience of Handling demand and supply planning in fast paced environment ; Imports FG sourcing will be an added advantage - Well-versed with statistical model and use of analytics - Excellent analytical capabilities and should be able to drive a data driven culture. - Knowledge of SAP and other planning systems (Viz; SAP-APO, IBP , JDA, O9 etc) - Working Knowledge of Imports process's - Able to handle multiple tasks. - Can work with deadlines. - Capability to manage different type and levels of stakeholder. - Fit for other supply chain functions in Loreal. - Tech savy and keen to develop and implement process's / Tools. Key Relationships : - Division team ; National sales heads / Regional sales heads / Finance - Imports team. - Warehouse & transport team - Key Customers.
