Lookup - City Head - Sales/Marketing/Operations (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, building and leading a Sales Team.
- Training and mentoring of individuals to ensure their individual growth.
- Formulating targets and incentive plans for the Sales Team in line with organization's strategy and operating plan.
- Build and manage Lookup's revenue for the City including all related strategy, planning, execution and operations to meet targets.
- Managing the team for acquisition of clients and end-to-end relationship with clients including pitching, negotiations, contracts and trouble shooting.
- Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.
- Ensuring quality and consistency in product sales and merchant marketing.
- Ensuring excellence and maintenance of best industry standards in overall operations of the city.
- City Head would be completely responsible for leading Lookup's business and vision in the city.
Requirements :
- 5-8 years of work experience with a strong focus on sales, business development and marketing.
- Prior team leading experience is a must. Experience in leading a Sales Team is a plus.
- Startup experience is a plus. Any experience in entrepreneurship, setting up a business or operations is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving revenue targets.
- Good business judgement, detail-oriented and ability to multi task and take ownership of the business in a start-up environment.
