Key Areas Of Accountability :
Recruitment :
- Gathering and understanding the requirements from hiring managers
- Post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
- Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
- Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
- Proactively communicating the critical hiring updates to the hiring managers/leadership team
- Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
- Taking the necessary inputs from the management to negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates
- Prepare and issue offer letters to the selected candidates.
- Preparing the recruitment dashboard and sharing with the stakeholders on daily basis
On boarding and Induction :
- Check and collect all necessary documents as per the checklist, follow up & ensure that any pending documents (if any) are collected.
- Issue induction kit of employees including job description, appointment letter, welcome letter, ID card etc.
- Fill induction checklist and ensure proper documentation of joining files of respective employees.
- Conduct joining and induction process of new hires and ensure that the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.
Employee Relations :
- To check and update on all employee life cycle related activities like confirming transfers, promotion, unauthorized absence, and resignation.
- To check, update and facilitate employee retention in case of resignation.
- To address and provide support to employee grievances.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries and provide assistance
- Coordinating with the management/leadership team
- Ensure that HR activities assigned are performed as per the existing company HR policies
and norms.
- Ensure active participation in HR initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide support to management and employees on HR related issues.
Education : Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field with 1+ years of experience
Knowledge & Experience :
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Hands on experience in MS Word/Excel
- Ability to work in a Dynamic environment.
- Effective Communicational Skill
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong work ethics.
- Recruitment experience candidates are highly preferred
Job Location : Balanagar, Hyderabad. (Work From Office Only)
Shift : Only Day shift (9.00am-6.00pm)
Training : Adequate training will be provided on HR concepts to perform the role efficiently.
