Growth Hacker at Lohono Stays Responsibilities : - Growth hacker position at Lohono involves a variety of tasks, starting from gathering insights on the existing process, proposing solutions with data driven decisions and optimising resources (team bandwidth and actual cost) in various teams. - If you are a process oriented person with a knack to solve user problems, can notice minute flaws and enjoy consulting with various stakeholders, we would like you to be part of our team and grow the organisation together. - This position entails working closely with senior leaders of the organization on various strategic initiatives, and will be part of an internal consulting group which will support management and oversee implementation of various operations initiatives. Various responsibilities in detail are mentioned below: - Design and carry out research to analyze stated and unstated problems, propose optimisation and highlight the impact of change in terms of clear ROI - Liaise with internal teams and understand optimisation opportunities in the existing process - Help other departments with metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus - Bringing innovative and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs - Set specific goals/ success metrics and track these metrics on a regular basis - Analyze business metrics and prioritise tasks accordingly - Keep a pure MVP model approach to test out the approach first before rolling out a full fledged application - Scaling and Automating the growth processes - Conduct competitive and market research when needed - Forecast market trends - Use customer feedback and consumer data to ensure client satisfaction - Articulate and present ideas to the relevant stakeholders - Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that optimise resources while keeping business metrics in mind - Liaise with the Product team to get the optimal solution implemented - Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results - Keep abreast with the latest trends, tools and technologies in the hospitality domain - Identify industry trends and insights Skills : - Self Starter and a problem solver - Being performance and results-oriented - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools - Excellent Microsoft Excel/Google sheet skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Excellent documentation skills - Willing to learn - High standards of excellence and attention to detail - Having a startup mindset - Not being scared of pivoting - Being curious and creative - Being relentless in pursuit of growth - UML knowledge is a plus - Hospitality domain experience is a plus Experience: - 2+ years in a growth hacker or similar role - 3+ years in product management - Bacherlors degree in Engineering (preferred) - Programming knowledge is a plus
