Key Responsibilities:
- To assess the proposals of VP (Domestic), VP (Export), VP(Service) with establishing logic/justification.
- Discount Management of domestic & export sales on regular basis.
- Preparing minutes of meeting/ interaction with action plan with responsibility and timeline.
- Monitoring of pipeline orders in domestic & export sales and doing analysis of enquiries which are not remaining active.
- Monitoring achievement Vs target in product management area.
- Analysis of various inputs from domestic & export market like competitive pricing & competitive strategy etc.
- Monitoring the performance of LPS vis-a-vis target.

Education & Experience:
- B. tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA/ PGDM in Sales or Marketing from a Premium B- school
