This person will have an impact immediately

- Writing Product requirements documents (PRD) Use cases, technical requirements, roll out plan, commercial context, operational impact, ROI and success criteria.

- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements by discussing with stakeholders and engineering

- Measuring product success with use of right metrics and taking data driven decisions

- Work on user story content and ensure that, prioritizations are aligned to the larger strategic objective

- Ensure product adoption, with measurable metrics

- Ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match expectations

- Understand product operations and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless product release and customer support

- Keep a check on project progress and develop plans to mitigate potential risks

What we look for in a professional:

- 4+ years of experience in building products and stake holder management

- Great communication skills and effective cross team management

- Fine tuning products and features to true sense of completion

- Ability to break down product launch to phased releases

- Has experience in getting feature and product to successful user adoption using right metrics
