The Customer Success Manager works proactively with our customers and in close connection with LogMeIn's sales and care teams and our channel partners to drive customer adoption, expansion and success across India (and other geographies as deemed appropriate). Responsibilities - Ensure that the success metrics of every project and deal are understood before or during the project implementation stage - Act as a liaison between LogMeIn and the customer and be responsible for a portfolio of 10-15 accounts - this could vary for different products - Proactively connect with customers to assist developing full value of our products and services to drive Net Expansion Rate and customer satisfaction - Work with customers to successfully implement services, and ensuring that they are seeing value as per the success metrics as defined by them which could include reducing time to first use and time to benefit - Deliver trainings for content and analytics (CES) and also technology training from personalized one to one engagement to medium sized audiences over GoToWebinar Web Event technology. - Performs ongoing analysis of customer engagement and takes the necessary measures to increase product usage, adoption and retention - Effectively communicates during phone and web interactions regarding product demonstrations and related software feature and functionality training - Acts a conduit between customer and product for all feature requests - Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, partners and coworkers - Applies in-depth understanding of internal tools for documentation and reporting requirements; runs standard reports with minimal guidance - Owns closed-loop process for more difficult outbound conversations, including NPS and tNPS - Engages and leads projects related to customers as well as internal process improvements - Meets or exceeds goals, as set by LogMeIn business initiatives.
