As the Specialist proficient in PPC and DM (Digital Marketing) you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing various digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with our business objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Ads, and social media channels to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and online advertising, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and informing decision-making processes.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past campaigns and results.
Good to have :
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website editing.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management and customer relationship tracking.
