Corporate Finance - Debt Fund Raising

Position Summary:

- In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team, helping to raise debt from various banks and NBFCs and handling the end-to-end preparation of various documents, term loans, and transactions.

Essential Functions/Priorities:

- Responsible for complete debt raising profile, with experience in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space.

- End-to-end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.

- Manage the whole loan life cycle, including proposal writing, financial modeling, and CMA data from scratch.

- Handle banking relationships in Banks/FI/NBFC space for project financing, term loans, and working capital loan transactions.

- Manage all aspects of large transactions for a business, including due diligence.

- Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital.

- Provide investment advice, tactics, and recommendations.

- Generate finance from shares and loans.

- Use financial modeling to predict outcomes.

- Support in targeting and winning business.

- Negotiate and structure financial details.

- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations.

- Prepare legal documents and prospectuses.

- Assess and predict financial risks and returns.

- Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts, and regulatory bodies.

- Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations.

Desired Profile:

- MBA or CA with 2 to 5 years of Corporate Finance post-qualification experience.

- Experience in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space.

- End-to-end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.

- Experience managing the whole loan life cycle, including proposal writing, financial modeling, and CMA data from scratch.

- Experience with banking relationships in Banks/FI/NBFC space for project financing, term loans, and working capital loan transactions.

- Experience in loan documentation and mortgage creation activities.

- Experience working with financial modules and the power sector.

- Excellent skills in preparing presentations, information memoranda, and financial modeling.

- Ability to coordinate with different departments for information.

- Engagement with Corporate Finance Team for closing funds.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly.
