Job Description - The Content Strategist / Storyteller's primary responsibility would be to implement and drive the content strategy in order to achieve the business mandates and brand goals. The primary focus of this role would be to create differentiated, engaging, and customer-first content that is tailored to each customer touch point - both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Infuse life, meaning, and emotions into the brand and translate them into an enduring story that will grip and engage our audience every time they encounter Log9.

2. Create and implement a content strategy based on the brand's maturity, the organization's business objectives, and the needs of stakeholders by collaborating with creative teams from copy, graphics, video, and external agencies, product marketing teams, digital teams, product teams, and other cross-functional teams.

3. Translate content strategy into quantifiable goals and carry them out by conceptualizing and creating timely and credible content to achieve business metrics such as acquisition, traffic, engagement, retention, and conversion across online and offline channels.

4. Create and maintain content themes, a calendar, and a narrative to ensure that we have the right customer-facing content at the right time to drive brand and business KPIs within target segments.

5. Collaborate with different teams to mine consumer insights and translate them into communication strategy and compelling creative executions.

6. Must identify gaps in the sales arsenal for key focus segments and create appropriate content pieces such as brand & technical videos, application & product overview videos, sales decks, sales literature, and so on.

7. Conduct competitor research and content audits to identify content gaps and improve brand messaging.

Ideal Candidature -

1. 6 to 7 years of experience in storytelling and content strategy, as well as a successful track record of building an ardent fan base for your brand.

2. Creative thinking, as well as an eye for detail to collect key business and user insights towards creating and managing a long-term vision for the content.

3. As a startup, last-minute surprises are unavoidable. The content champion must be able to adapt to the needs of the hour and think on their feet.

4. As an orchestrator, you must ensure that the various notes of the organization are played at the appropriate times in order to create a beautiful symphony.
