About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our Hospitality team in strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency across our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, business strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Reporting To: President Hospitality
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice and solutions to business to help improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hospitality industry. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize initiatives. Evaluating financial data and preparing financial reports.
- Responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategic plans to help the company achieve its goals and objectives. They analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents as required. Compile and analyze data to generate reports for senior management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the hospitality strategy team and across the organization. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Experience & Education Required:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry for more than 5 years.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
