Key Responsibilities :

1. Employee Relationship & Lifecycle Management :

a. Responsible for resolution of all manners of grievances of Customer Experience (CE) associates including concerns emerging from policy and process changes, performance review process, role fitment etc. as well as queries on policy and process interpretations / exceptions

b. Liaise with Corp HR team and senior HRBP on all manners of disciplinary transgressions including misconduct, absconding cases and TEP policy concerns

c. Responsible for co-ordinating on all modalities related to transfers such as changes to compensation, work schedules and reporting manager and exits in co-ordination with the Talent Acquisition and the Corp HR team

d. Responsible for re-directing domain specific queries and issues emerging from CE department to concerned stakeholders

e. Conduct exit interviews for all Level 2 - 5 CE exits from HO and prepare retention proposals when needed

2. Key Stakeholder Management :

a. Ensure regular communication with Senior HRBP, keep them informed on macro level issues and concerns emerging from within the CE department and escalate issues if needed

b. Manage relationship with other senior associates in the CE department, support resolution of all people and business issues at their level and involve them in planning and execution of people initiatives within their respective domains

3. Centre of Excellence Liasoning & Performance Management :

a. Liaise with the PMS team and key departmental stakeholders on the performance review of CE associates including completion of data validation exercise for the entire department and discussions for Level 3 - 5 associates and supporting Senior HRBP in discussions for Level 0 - 2 associates, budget finalization and different levels of moderation

b. Manage the formulation of CE incentive policy in co-ordination with the C&B team and substantial inputs from the Senior HRBP and communicate the incentive policy to all stakeholders across the department

c. Support Senior HRBP in discussion with C&B team on CM incentive distribution in accordance with the CM reward framework and overall cost targets

d. Co-ordinate with L&D team to conduct programs and workshops around needs emerging from CM, and other programs including PRD sessions

e. Liaise with OD to conduct change management initiatives including role clarity exercise and interventions around dissolution and merger of cells

f. Co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition team on the site productivity numbers and subsequently, workforce analysis and planning across each site

g. Manage formulation and dissolution of cells within the CE department with active support from Senior HRBP in co-ordination with TA and department seniors

4. Reports & Analytics : 

a. Responsible for tracking key employee focused metrics across the organization including - i) attrition data across all sites for various demographics ii) productivity data for manpower tracking iii) data on quarterly bonuses awarded across sites

b. Responsible for creating ad-hoc reports for various HR / Business stakeholders including workforce analytics and analysis of rewards & performance ratings

Additional Responsibilities :

1. Key Associate Program :

a. Act as Relationship Manager for a few key associates, manage regular conversations with these key associates and try to resolve key associates' queries, concerns and grievances on all professional matters including issues like current role, reporting, training and development opportunities, compensation etc.

b. Share conversation details with program manager, escalate critical concerns to relevant stakeholders, jointly explore avenues around resolution of such issues and take action to resolve these issues
