- Create corporate communication plans, along with relevant stakeholders - for Corporate PR, Segment PR and Product PR (for both traditional and digital media) - Work closely with the Marketing team, to understand key brand requirements, for planning appropriate media coverage on projects - Drive the performance management of the existing PR agency through structured planning and performance reviews of KPIs (impact) - Drive the strategy for Online reputation management - and also ensure amplification plan (& execution) integration between PR & ORM efforts - Act as the Nodal point for communication integration and program management between Lodha Associates and Lodha's PR agency - Manage crisis communications - working with relevant stakeholders - Monitoring, tracking and analyzing brand presence and industry stories in the media, taking appropriate steps to address issues, if any - Ensure that queries and data requests from external parties are addressed promptly by coordinating with concerned internal departments & PR agency - Strengthen the PR processes & practices of the Group - by bringing in Industry Best Practices on PR related areas - Continuously explore options to highlight the company strengths or key USPs of individual projects in the media / Ensure that we are top-of-mind for the media as - go-to- people for perspectives on the industry - Provide top management with a view of external perceptions of the organization - Build credibility for the company and projects through external spokespeople - Ensure execution (via PR Agency) of employee branding and all internal communications initiatives working closely with Head HR - Help the MD and HODs / RCEOs in content writing for Corporate PR - Build relations with press and online publications The Person we are looking for - Outstanding structured communication (written and spoken) skills - Exposure to crisis communications is a must have - Sound exposure to Reputation Management (both offline and online) - should be well versed with Social media management & Digital technologies and products and how to maximise reach using Digital technologies - Good conceptual and thinking skills - Exhibits good judgement and maturity - Goal oriented - Strong Project Manager and someone who can multi-task
