Role Objective: In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing current HR operations and drive overall effectiveness for the HR function including people, process and technology. You will be leading projects that form part of the Annual HR Roadmap and aim to deliver solutions within a dynamic environment undergoing transformational change. This includes projects specific to building HR Functional Effectiveness as well as department-wide HR initiatives across the organization. A key part of the HR Roadmap this year is to transform the digital landscape and drive various technology-related process improvements as well as system implementations. You will be required to get a strong understanding of the current HR context, processes, organizational goals and target state. You will be collaborating with various internal teams and external consultants/ vendors to drive these projects and show tangible impact on associate experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You play a key role in working towards the overall organizational goals and how HR can efficiently enable business to achieve these. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; 1. HR Digital Transformation: - Spearhead technology initiatives for HR systems and processes to increase efficiency of core HR operations - Oversee internal knowledge management processes including efficient data management and reporting - Identify opportunities to leverage technology for incremental improvements and automations - Effectively leverage data to formulate insights, recommendations and measure impact on of initiatives on associate experience and employer brand 2. Organizational Effectiveness: - Designs, develops, delivers and evaluates programs and frameworks that improve our employee experience, engagement and our effectiveness as an organization. - Assist in devising an overall HR strategy to support the AOP and business requirements - Various engagements and process improvement projects to improve organizational performance - Support ongoing process of designing new HR programs that reflect org-wide strategy and cross-functional priorities 3. Change Management &amp; Impact Evaluation: - Analyze the current operating environment, understand the gaps and improvement areas - Focus on people side of change derived from changes made to business processes, policies, systems, technology, roles and responsibilities and organizational structure - Act as an internal consultant / advisor on initiatives related to HR change management and OE. This also involves proposing interventions for project teams to implement. - Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability-building efforts with key stakeholders (e.g. related to building an employee-friendly brand, customer-centric organization) - Contribute to the development of KPIs. Measuring success metrics and monitoring change and progress Skills: Achievement Orientation, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial drive, Resourcefulness and Problem Solving Qualification: Post Graduate in HRM from TISS/ XLRI with a good understanding of technology Practice and Other Requirements: 5+ years of relevant work experience
