The key responsibilities include: - Assist internal departments in structuring complex legal transactions through negotiations and preparation of related; - Execute mandates and transactions - Drafting and negotiation of contracts of all nature related to financing, Procurement, M&A and Customers - Reviews timely and apt responses to notices/queries from regulatory bodies, internal departments, customers & vendors - Monitors company representation in customer litigation activities in court - Ensures internal legal compliance are fulfilled during foreign transactions - Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles to create value for the organization - Overall responsibility for all non-litigation activities, manage a team of legal professionals and ensure their growth and development
