DGM - Legal (Non-Litigation)  1. Part of the non-business development, non-litigation team. This team handles all legal matters other land acquisition and major litigation.  Areas of work will include :  a. Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for all internal departments in Procurement, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales;  b. Reviewing financing documentation in connection with all financing transactions entered into by the Group;  c. Assisting in the expansion of the Group's international business;  d. Assisting in group restructuring activities;  e. Advising and responding to legal queries in respect of the day to day business of the Group   f. Responding to legal notices.
