Job Purpose/Context: This position acts as a second in command to the Head of Corporate HR. Accountabilities : 1. HR Policies 2. HR Audits 3. HR Reports 4. Housing Benefit Plan Support 5. Corporate HR IT Projects 6. HR Budget &amp; Expense Management 7. Grievance Management 8. HR Engagement Activities 9. Managing Corporate HR processes a. Mobility Management : i. Inter Cell/Dept transfers. ii. Organization Restrucuring&nbsp; b. HR Operations (Centralized) c. HR Operations (HO) d. Time Management (HO) e. Personnel Data Management (Centralized) f. Management of Full time Consultants on company payrolls Job Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Others) :&nbsp; 1. Education : a. MBA HR b. Certification in HR Analytics 2. Experience : a. 10-12 years of work experience. b. Must have worked in reputed companies. Competencies (Functional/Behavioural) : 1. Functional : a. In-Depth Knowledge of all HR Processes. b. Hands-on experience of HRIS systems - SAP (required) + Tableau (optional). c. Advanced level of HR Reporting skills. 2. Behavioural : a. Ability to manage internal stakeholders at CXO and HOD levels. b. To be able to adapt to constantly changing job role requirements. c. Maturity to handle grievances in a neutral and composed manner.
