Role Objective: The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring successful long term strategic development of the brand, in line with the needs of the B2B customers and the objective of the business to create meaningful engagement with customers across different touch points resulting in business goals. He shall be the brand custodian in the company and be responsible to grow brand health and the overall market value of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute model for continuous engagement with the relevant B2B clients on digital platforms.

- Identify key influencers in the business space and leverage digital platforms to connect and use for brand advocacy.

- Create customized pitch decks for the client meetings by understanding the specific needs provided by the Business Development team

- Responsible for managing the website and digital assets FB page and Linkedin page and ensuring regular updates are shared.

- Plan and execute the annual activation calendar for the brand including budget, ATL/BTL etc. in alignment with the overall portfolio plans

- Own & drive the GTM process for brand/s ensuring cross-functional working to develop & deliver the best mix for the activation

- Own and manage timelines and coordinate across functions for his/her brands

- Leverage data and consumer / market research to design value propositions

- Knowledge sharing and skill building as required, on product and on the other facets that will ensure a more capable team

Skills: Past experience of B2B marketing, understanding of the key channels of communication in B2B segment, digital platform understanding FB, Youtube and Linkedin.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, systematic approach to work, team player.

Qualification: MBA from a tier 1 institute

Practice and Other Requirements: 6-8 years of work experience (out of which minimum 3 years in brand management in B2B space) across FMCG / Consumer Durables / E-commerce
