The role holder shall also lead and drive Engagement agenda for select departments in collaboration with the functional leadership. A key responsibility would be to lead the entire lifecycle of the Lodha Global Management Program (LGMP). Additionally, the incumbent would be responsible for driving various organization-wide special projects from time to time.  Key Responsibilities:  Key Associate Program  - Lead the Talent, Career Planning and Succession Planning for the organization, with the special focus on identified key associates. Work with HODs, CXOs, Talent Acquisition and HOD RMs to create and execute clear action plans.  - Collaborate with the Strategy Team on creating people capability maps basis in line with the business capability maps. Build working relationships with key associates, maintain updates and support program owner on relevant actions items.  - Support overall execution of the Key Associate program and ensure end objectives and organizational outcomes are met. Guide and mentor the program manager for timely and effective execution of the KAG interventions  Lodha Global Management Program  - Lead the LGMP program through its entire lifecycle (across batches) with the overall responsibility for all associated activities and initiatives. Introduce appropriate process improvements from time to time to keep the program relevant to business needs.   - In conjunction with HOD Strategy, Head OT, and Head TA - identify appropriate roles and guides for LGMPs of various batches including role allocations, role transition and reporting of all LGMP associates.   - Play a key role in the mid-term and year-end assessments of the LGMPs, final ratings, promotions and increment decisions. Manage all interactions and discussions with the senior management related to the program.   - Lead Campus presentations in conjunction with HOD Strategy / functional heads and support final recruitment process for the TA Campus Lead as a panel member  Employee Engagement Projects  - Drive the engagement survey across departments, including process and data evaluation. Lead the HOD interactions around survey output and way forward.   - Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the entire Engagement agenda and manage the dissemination of survey results through FGDs. Collaborate with functional leadership to build action plans for their departments and mentor the team to build capabilities for taking the Engagement agenda forward.  Change Management Initiatives and Special Projects  - Support and lead change management initiatives for various functions, ensuring time-bound and quality focused execution  - Manage special short-term projects stemming from specific business or functional requirements (for instance Leadership 360 feedbacks and focused learning interventions)  Skills: Exceptional drive and focus, good communication skills and an ability to develop strong professional relationships.  Qualification: Post Graduate in Management  Practice and Other Requirements: 10-11 years- work experience. Should have led OD projects in previous roles and should possess team management experience.
