Role Objective: The Strategy Leadership Office (SLO) serves as an incubator for new initiatives across the company as well as building future leaders.

As an organization, we have invested in a strong team that can help meet and exceed our growth ambitions and build organizational capability on all fronts. The team comprises of professionals from the best global business schools including Stanford, London Business School, University of Chicago, IIMs and ISB. These professionals have been drawn from the likes of McKinsey, BCG, Bain and AT Kearney or directly from campus.

As part of the SLO team, your primary focus is on driving high priority and impactful business initiatives. This includes Strategy, planning and execution for achieving the business goals. To achieve this, you would be working with the CEO, Regional CEOs and Functional Heads and thereby influence business initiatives, priorities and competitive targets.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Support leadership in driving high powered team of 100+ on roll staff and 1200+ off role staff across Township projects (Palava ~4500 acres and Upper Thane ~600 acres).

- Contribute to team problem solving efforts for the engagement, identify issues, forming hypothesis, designing and conducting analysis, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change within the organization. Able to drive effective governance across Townships.

- Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders

Engage with executive leadership and functional heads to drive overall Group strategy

Demonstrate ability to influence functional heads

Working closely across central functions like Accounts, Legal, Customer Care, Marketing, Procurement, Liaison

- P&L responsibility (~100+ Cr), end to end management of all systems & processes. Ensuring cost optimization and budgetary control. Timely financial reports to be prepared for review by management.

- Creating Goodwill among our residents (1 lakh+) by driving various initiatives i.e. activities, events, new smart solutions, etc. which are measurable and impactful. Based on the Goodwill generated driving Loyalty Sales of ~50+ Cr annually.

- Own work streams/ projects and guide associates in their respective work streams. The person would be constantly involved in discussions and presentations with the top management/ board.

Skills: Strong problem solving skills with a practical sense of what works in an organizational setting, High motivation levels with a 'can do' attitude, strong communication skills, Result oriented and ability to drive large teams

Qualification: Post graduate degree in any discipline from Tier I institutes

Practice and Other Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years in Big 4 management consulting firms, prior experience in the sector not mandatory.
