Job Description :
- End to End Role - deal origination, execution and transaction closure
- Originating and cultivating relationships at the promoter / CXO levels
- Work with the senior management for taking lead in industry analysis, industry mapping and pitch books
- Preparation of information memorandum, financial model, research work and pitch books
The Successful Applicant :
- CA/CFA/MBA (top tier) with 2-3 years in IB
- Sharp with financial statement analysis, modelling and pitch decks
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication-drafting skills, ability to interact with clients and reach out to agencies as required
- Hunger to learn and execute
